Coaching focuses on guiding the client to discover their own answers and solutions by stimulating reflection and autonomy. Mentoring, on the other hand, relies on sharing experiences and advice based on the mentor’s expertise.
As a coach, my role is to facilitate awareness and the growth of my clients without imposing solutions. If the expressed need falls under mentoring, especially for young trainers or early-career professionals, I can also rely on my experience to guide them.
A clear contract is established from the start to define our mutual expectations, as well as the framework and objectives of our collaboration.

Duration (half-day, full day, or extended program).
Training materials and post-training follow-up.
Each training program is designed to be interactive, practical, and perfectly aligned with the expectations of teams and organizations.

Online: Through platforms like Zoom, offering optimal flexibility for clients.
For training programs:
On-site in France: I can conduct training directly at the company’s premises.
Abroad: I am available for training in other countries, tailored to the specific language and needs of the team.
