Purpose and scope

These General Conditions of Use (GCU) and General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the relationship between the customer and Noria Boudali in the context of the personal and professional coaching services offered. By accessing the services or placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts all the conditions set out below. These conditions apply to all services provided, whether online, by telephone or in person.

Services and commitments

Noria Boudali is committed to providing personalised support to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals. The services offered include, but are not limited to, individual coaching sessions, group workshops and personal development support. Each service is carried out in accordance with the principles of caring, respect and confidentiality. Results depend on the customer's commitment and willingness to work towards their goals.

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.

Rates, payment and cancellation

Prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change at any time. Payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. In the event of cancellation by the customer, 24 hours' notice is required for a refund or rescheduling of the session. Any late cancellation or unjustified absence will result in the service being invoiced in full. In the event of cancellation by Noria Boudali, a postponement or a full refund will be offered
